We want you to love your Rainbow Shops purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid return shipping label and securely attach it to your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed or covered.
Ship the Package
Drop off your return at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for proof of shipment until your refund is processed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
